URGENT INFO ON XMAS PARTY

Hi I have ALMOST finallised details for Christmas Party. It will be at International Hotel Boundary RD Spring Hill on 13 Dec 7pm.

Cost will be $35 per head and Deposit of $15 to be paid by 15 November with remaining Balance to be paid by 28 November.

Please let me know prior to when deposit has to be paid if you intend on coming. All money is refundable up until 6 December.

At this point if you say yes to coming it does not commit you 100% to coming but if you cant come in order to refund your money I will need to know by 6 Dec. Sorry but if an unforseen circumstance happens like a sick child or family member I wont be able to refund all your money after 6 Dec but may be able to refund part.

Please note all money paid for dinner is being paid to the Venue. I myself or the group as a whole do not benefit financially at all. Therefore the rules of refund are put in place by the hotel not by me.
